Commit to an exercise program. Set some goals. You can have fun doing it!
Hold yourself accountable for your goals. If you tell people, whose thoughts and opinions you respect, about your goals, you will be more likely to stick to them. Having both short- and long-term goals can help as you progress. A short-term goal might be doing 5-10 minutes of gentle stretching exercises 3 times per week. Do so consistently. In the long term, you might try adding cardiovascular exercise. Again consistency is a key to a successful exercise regimen.
